1990, hold by Ningbo ZhengYu Limited. The main
business of ZhengYu company are
die casting mould manufacture, aluminum alloy
parts die casting, zinc alloy parts die casting,
aluminum profile machining. We made mould from the factory
setup, and we supply moulds to the local company, we are
experienced for mould and tooling design and manufacture.

Our products series are quite wide. Main products are
gas-fired kitchen ware die casting parts such as valve,
portfire for stove die casting, water heater die casting,
furniture die casting parts, decoration parts for car and
housing, die casting for LED light parts, die casting for
coffer parts, frame and box for electronic equipments etc.
In the past years our main clients is local international
trading company, from 2006 we have some clients from own
oversea countries, we can do export by ourselves.
We have 88T to 280T hot chamber and cold chamber die casting
machines. Machining equipments, such as CNC machining
center, milling machine, lather, drill and tapes. We do sand
blasting, tumbling, manual polishing in house. The surface
finish such as anodizing, powder coating, electro plating is
popular processes for the parts surface treatment. Our
management follows with ISO9001:2000.
